Newfrontiers North - Frontedge

Frontedge expresses who we are - a family of churches on a mission together. The team is led by Mike Sprenger, evangelist and one of the elders at Gateway Church, Leeds.

The aim of Frontedge is to

encourage, train and release evangelists
train local churches in 'lifestyle evangelism'
preach the gospel
see healings and other signs and wonders
enable apostles, prophets and evangelists to work together to see existing churches grow and to start new churches

The North region held a Frontedge Weekend on the 2nd & 3rd of February 2008. On the Saturday there was training in Leeds and on the Sunday 25 churches hosted gospel/healing mornings. At a similar weekend in March 2007, 93 first time committments to Christ were recorded plus 50 definite and sustained healings.

We are also hosting 4 day missions in Scotland, Cumbria, Yorkshire and the North-East, evangelists training days, using 'Blowing Your Cover' a training course in lifestyle evangelism for churches and various regional gatherings to teach on faith for signs and wonders.
